Judges Association of Hainan Province Held the First Judge Seminar of the Hainan Free Trade Port

　　9月20日，海南省法官协会第一期自贸港法官沙龙在海口举办，全省法院30余名民事审判条线资深法官围绕“房屋买卖合同纠纷审判实务”进行了交流研讨。

On September 20, Judges Association of Hainan Province held the First Judge Seminar of the Hainan Free Trade Port in Haikou. Over 30 senior judges of civil trials across the Hainan Province engaged in discussions and exchanges regarding the topic of “trial practices related to disputes over house sales and purchase contract”.■

　　交流研讨过程中，大家从不同角度分享自身对于预约合同的认定标准、何种条件下应认定预约已转化为本约、商品房买卖合同的主要内容、宅基地上房屋买卖合同效力等审判实务问题的观点，在激烈的争辩中启发思考，在积极的交流中促成共识，充分发挥了法官沙龙整合全省法院审判研究资源、汇聚和凝结司法经验与智慧、共同破解审判疑难问题的重要作用。

During the discussion and exchange at the seminar, participants shared their views on various judicial practices, including the recognition criteria for preliminary contract, the conditions under which a preliminary contract should be considered as a formal contract, the main terms of sales and purchase contracts of commercial residential building, and the validity of the homestead sales and purchase contracts, and they reached concensus after this thought-provoking discussion. This judge seminar played an important role in integrating judicial research resources, gathering judicial experience and wisdom, and collaboratively addressing complex judicial issues.■

Judges Association of Hainan Province is a bridge and link connecting judges from Hainan courts, and serves as an important platform to promote their academic communication. The activities hosted by Judges Association of Hainan province, including this Judge Seminar, aim to strengthen exchanges and discussions among judges both within and outside Hainan, promote mutual learning and experience sharing, address theoretical and practical challenges in trial practice, and enhance the overall quality and professional capabilities of judges in Hainan.■
